In addition to your weekly classes with unlimited makeups, each semester's tuition includes recordings and materials for you to use at home, online access to the songs and activities through the “Hello Everybody” app and the exclusive online Family Music Zone^®® , a family guide to understanding music development in children, and a family newsletter full of resources and music-making ideas.

MTRC CLASS POLICIES

• Health Guidelines: Masks are welcome but not required for class. If you or a member of your family is feeling unwell, please do not come to class and feel free to schedule a make-up class later in the semester.
• Refund Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable after the first class of the semester. Dropped or missed classes will not result in a full or partial refund unless otherwise noted, though they can be made up during the semester or even into the next semester if the student is registered for classes that semester. Please see the "Make Up a Class" page on our website for more information on scheduling a makeup class. Classes cancelled due to weather or teacher illness will always be made up or reimbursed by MTRC.
• Participation: In this class it is very important for the adults to participate! The children learn their attitudes and motivations from you, and you can help them become enthusiastic music-makers just by enjoying the class and participating fully. You will be an excellent model regardless of your musical ability —a sense of fun is all that is required.
• Cell Phones: Please refrain from using your cell phone during class. Occasional pictures are of course great (especially when you tag @mtrivercity!) but no texting and if you must take a call, please step outside. 
• Timeliness: Class begins and ends on time, and it is important for you to be prompt. It is often difficult for a child to enter a class already in session. Please make a point to be here for the Hello Song, so your child feels properly welcomed.
• Toys, Food and Drink: We prefer to keep our 45 minutes together as musical as possible. We request that you leave toys at home so your child can focus on the class. Please feel comfortable to nurse or bottle feed your baby in class, but we ask that you keep food for older children outside of the classroom. Feel free to feed your child before or after class outside of the space where class will be held.  We need to be courteous to the locations where we hold classes and want their space to be free of crumbs.  In addition, due to the large number of peanut allergies in young children, please do not bring any foods containing peanuts to class. Drinks can be kept in your bag for a "quick sip" if necessary. 
• Photo and Video Agreement: Registered families hereby give permission to Music Together River City to take photographs and video recordings of caregivers and children, and to use them in printed or video formats for advertising and educational purposes. To opt out of this policy, just let your teacher know.
